It's easy to criticize when you don't hold yourself accountable also. I work in aerospace process building. I noticed often when people complain about process changes, they have no solution to replace the current one. They just don't want to change. I always used the people that knew to build the process, as long as they met standards, but then they STILL didn't do it.
