How to make self interested people understand civic duty.
Issue:
The pursuit of money drives people away from civic duty, and the understanding that they are part of a larger system that's not only about business.
Solution:
Of course better education is the answer, but, those with no allegiance to civic duty don't believe in an education that promotes fairness and at least some duty to keeping up a productive environment.
