There's no imaginary hell that could be worse than enduring the loss of loved ones...here, in this life...

This doesn't work! It sounds so flowery and wonderful...BUT...somebody will choose some destructive subgroup and say he thought for himself. Regulation based on universal human rights IS the answer and is justified in "force".
