Eventually, when we become globalized, tradition and division will go by the wayside and armies and war will be a laughable thing of the past. Local police will always be needed, but that is all that is a necessity. It is never the use of force that brings order, it's the threat of use that keeps life straight.
The pen is mightier than the sword, and the database is mightier than the pen!
